Joyce Stoer Cordi - Chic and Courageous

Joyce Cordi offers context rather than commentary on government dysfunction based on her 30 years of hands-on experience managing business transformation activities. She was instrumental in post merger integration planning at HP/Compaq and developing cost-effective Sarbanes/Oxley controls at Cisco. She’s a versatile consultant/executive coach who has touched almost every major business segment in the 21st century economy from Home Depot to Hawaiian Airlines and Oracle to Microsoft Corporation, adding +/- $1B to client bottom-lines.

Clients and colleagues, alike, praise her as “brilliant — tempered with a great sense of humor and a big dose of humility.” She’s a “petite Amazon” but a patient counselor and “fearless when the situation requires”.

In addition to a trail blazing career and raising a family, she has been active in civic affairs, non-partisan and partisan politics since childhood. Joyce walked her first precinct as a Youth for Kennedy, while still in high school. She was a candidate for Congress from California’s 15th Congressional District in 2008, urging voters TO FIRE CONGRESS, elect more business people and fewer lawyers, while accumulating the largest vote total of any opponent ever against the well-funded incumbent.

A native Californian, Joyce is a long-time proponent of environmental protections – believing that it is not inconsistent for business to be ethical, responsible, and profitable – simultaneously.
